Your files
The PDF and image tools on MiniPDF run inside your web browser. Files you select are read and processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers. We cannot see, store or share them. When you close the page, the files are gone from the tool.
AI Summary (the one exception)
The AI Summary tool needs a language model to read your document. When you use it, the text extracted from your PDF (not the file itself) is sent over HTTPS to our server and passed to our AI provider to write the summary. We do not store the text. We keep only the time, your IP address and the length of the text, to apply a daily usage limit. The tool page says this before you start.
Usage statistics
When a tool finishes, we count it in an anonymous daily total per tool (for example, "Compress PDF: 120 runs today"). No file names, file contents or personal data are recorded.
Contact form
If you send us a message, we store your name, email address, message, IP address and browser type so we can reply and prevent spam. We keep these messages for up to 24 months and do not sell them.
Advertising and cookies
This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized ads at Google Ads Settings. Learn more in how Google uses data.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand which tools are used and how the site performs. It collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.
Your choices
